We all love nice, lean Turkey, we all love meatballs, put them both together and what do you have? Something REALLY loveable. We take British turkey, add herbs and make these beauties by hand then slowly simmer them in our gorgeous tomato sauce. Then we serve it alongside orzo, rice-shaped pasta that’s a nice change from boring old spaghetti noodles. Superb!
