If you love fish cakes and you love ‘curry’ then you’ll really love this dish: we marinate our cod and salmon before adding garlic, ginger, a bit of chilli and coriander and serve the fish cakes alongside Nimbu Chaul, a southern Indian rice dish that’s got the freshening taste of lemon. Really lovely.
