Texas ‘Red’ Meat Sauce

This sauce comes from the crossroads of south Texas and Mexico and is made with beef chuck, cumin, and smokey chipotle chillies (though not too spicy!), cooked low and slow to be beautifully tender. Perfect with rice, potatoes, or a big hunk of baguette. Gorgeous.
